Why do the CrossFit Open?
During the Open workouts, you get a rare opportunity to do the same exact workouts during the same week as the best CrossFitters in the world. If you are a fan of the top CrossFit athletes, it’s exciting to match your stats to theirs – until the stats start rolling in.
What does open mean in CrossFit?
The CrossFit Open Competition is an annual competition held across the whole CrossFit community worldwide. Everyone competes for their best score (time / weight / reps) in 5 WODs over about 5 weeks. The top from each region move onto a Regional Competition, of which the winners go onto the CrossFit Games.
Can anyone enter CrossFit Open?
